1) Tell us about yourself!

Hi! I'm Dominic, a 14-year-old freshman at Lafayette High School with a passion for musical theatre, music, and making people laugh with my admittedly terrible jokes.

2) What got you interested in music?

I've loved music ever since I was a toddler, when I discovered how powerful it can be as a way to tell stories and connect with others.

3) What has been the biggest thing you've discovered since starting music lessons with us?

Through months of music lessons, I've learned just how versatile the human voice can be and have continued to grow as both a performer and musician.

4) What is one of your life goals?

When I'm not singing or listening to my favorite artists—Elton John, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Queen—I'm usually dreaming about the future. My biggest goal is to direct a Broadway musical and someday win the Tony Award for Best Direction of a Musical.

5) Anything else you would like to mention?

Music Academy of Acadiana has played an important role in helping me develop my skills and confidence, and I would highly recommend it to any friends or family looking to grow their love of music.
